Description: Letter of Taj Mohammad Khayal to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah in reply to her of 20th July 1950 informing her that he would had started for Karachi immediately on receiving her letter, but two urgent affairs of the college (Zamindara College, Gujrat) needed his presence at Gujrat for a week or so. He had started F.Sc Medical Group and the Biological Laboratory. They are under construction. He wanted that the plans and estimates may be approved by the Executive Engineer and recommended to the Government for a grant before he left. He would start on about 31 July and would intimate the exact time and date of arrival by telegram.
