Description: A.P.P. sent a copy of Mr. Hassain Shaheed Suhrawardy Press statement to Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah saying "I am told that the Government of Pakistan has in a press note, denied that the C.I.D. watches the Karachi residence of Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah and her telephone is being tapped. Suhrawardy did not expect the government do otherwise as it would be impossible to survive the indignation of the people in case they admit the facts . The authority for his statement is unpeachable and regret he cannot accept the denial of the government a based on facts, but Miss Fatima Jinnah herself contradicts his statements. "It will be recalls that Mr. Suhrawardy had in the course of his speech at Layalpur alleged that the Central Government C.I.D. shadows Miss Fatima Jinnah and taps her telephone''.
