Independence Day Celebration & Summer Camp 2025 Closing Ceremony

Chughtai Public Library organized a grand celebration on the joyous occasion of Independence Day, which was combined with the remarkable closing ceremony of the Summer Camp 2025.

The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Dr. Rukhsana Chughtai, who presided as the Chief Guest. On this occasion, Brigadier (R) Dr. Waheed uz Zaman Tariq delivered an insightful address, reflecting on Independence Day in the light of Allama Iqbal’s poetry. Ms. Rehana Kousar, Consultant at Chughtai Public Library, also shared her valuable thoughts.

The program was skillfully hosted by Mr. Zaid Hussain, Manager Digital Operations at Chughtai Public Library.

To mark the occasion, certificates were awarded to the children who actively participated in the Summer Camp, while volunteers who contributed their services during the camp were also honored with certificates and prizes.

This memorable event was not only a celebration of Independence Day but also a meaningful effort to highlight the importance of knowledge and literature among the younger generation.
