The event was presided over by the Chief Guest Mr. Farhan Aziz Khawaja (Director General, Civil Services Academy and Rector National School of Public Policy) and joined by the esteemed Chairman Chughtai Founder Dr. A. Chughtai , Mrs. Dr. Rukhsana Chughtai, Prof. Dr. Muzzafar Iqbal (Director, Idara Saqafat-e-Islamia), Madam Baela Raza (Director ITA), Prof. Shafiq ur Rehman (Director, Institute of Information Management Punjab University), Prof. Dr. Waheed uz Zaman Tariq (Iqbal Scholar), Babar Aman Babar (Member, Board of Revenue), Ambassador (R) Syed Zulfiqar Gardezi, Mr. Sufian (Director, Children Library Complex), Sheikh Parvaiz (Allah Waley Trust), Abdul Raheem (Chief Librarian Quaid-e-Azam Library) and Zameer Afaaqi (Journalist) whose presence reflected a shared commitment to literacy and cultural preservation.

The event concluded with remarks by Dr. A. S. Chughtai, Founder of Chughtai Public Library, reiterating the library’s mission to promote knowledge and preserve literary heritage.
