REGISTRATION OF BOOK CLUB AMBASSADORS:
Registration for Book Club Ambassadors is open throughout the Pakistan for those individuals who have an interest in literature, culture, and social issues, and are willing to regularly conduct book club session. Theywill manage the club's activities and will moderate the discussions.
After the submission of the registration form, the Chughtai Public Library will send a confirmation email to the member or student. All data of registered members will be securely stored in the database for further use.
It is important to note that registration is mandatory for all individuals who wish to join the book as ambassador club, as it will allow the organizers to plan and manage club activities effectively. ROLE OF AMBASSADORS:
A group or cluster comprising all registered individuals interested in literature, culture, and social issues within a locality, town, village, or city will be establishedto function as a book club. The club's activities will be managed by the ambassadors, who will select books and request them from the Chughtai Public Library as needed. To guide the book selection and club activities, the ambassador will ask members to share their vision, mission, and goals for the club, including the types of books they want to read and discuss.
The ambassador will serve as the team lead and will create a WhatsApp group to facilitate communication among book club members. Within the group, the organizer will work with members to determine a meeting schedule and location. The book club meetings will be conducted once a month.
Other than above some specific responsibilities of an ambassador include:
Scheduling and organizing meetings: The organizer should set a regular schedule for the meetings and make sure that all members are aware of the time, date, and location of each meeting.
Selecting books: The organizer should solicit book suggestions from the members and select the books to be read based on the group's interests and preferences.
Preparing discussion questions: The organizer should prepare discussion questions to help guide the conversation during the meetings.
Leading discussions: The organizer should facilitate the book discussions and make sure that everyone has an opportunity to share their thoughts and ideas.

Chughtai Book Club meetings aretypically last for 1-2 hours, and follow the following format:
